We are so happy to learn that our ideal location tucked along the Bay allowed you and your friend to enjoy our fair City... you both were out so very early inthe morning and you seemed to galivant to and fro... it must be lovely for your both to return to your beautiful homes in Hawaii and rest! It is clear, though, that the wonderful,caring and attentive service provided by our dear Gladys (who really is just sugar and spice and everything nice) is a large part of the reason you will, "come back... in a heart beat"... We are over the moon to see our lovely location tucked along the Bay and the breathtaking view that allows when you reserve a Bay view room as well as old fashioned hospitality that Zami provided you with left you with such happy memories of your time with us. I am only sorry to see that the Amenity Fee's were unpleasant. I will certainly share this with our mangement team as a whole as our guest's perspective is always valued and considered with each and every step we take. We shall keep our fingers and toes crossed that you the fees will not prevent you from return to us once again?
